"cingulars attractive ad" I agree, I'm in Phila.,pa and their promo, is an infinite roll-over of unused prime time minutes. I seldom overrun and significantly under-run when on vacation. If Sprint or Verizon offered this I'd never leave them. But, I think this is going to draw lot's of non-zealot uaers of the CDMA services, not just low cost users.

Three of the latest mobile phones are also being offered with this system upgrade. Leap Wireless International Inc. (Nasdaq: LWIN), Cricket's parent company, launched Cricket service here in February. Leap has already upgraded its networks in its two largest markets, Phoenix and Denver, to handle the growing demand for Cricket.
