Recently , after I had signed up for the Sunday paper only , all was going well , and they had a steady customer. and after so many follow up canvassing calls about a special deal getting the dailies for several weeks free, one night I let them finish their spiel and accepted ... with the finish of the first week all those unread daily papers piled up , and I got so mad at myself & the mess of papers stacking up I called and cancelled it all. Back to buying the sunday paper when I need it ...the girl at the paper was really sweet when I canceled...something welled up in my throat ...a certain hapless sadness for the dwindling plight of the print media . Then I got over it...free at last , oh lord free at last ! ;-)
