Its a tough call. I'm a smoker and not only do I want to quit but society is putting real pressure on smokers from a number of directions. Taxes are UFB and they are passing laws every day that keep people from smoking in public. They want to make bars smoke free up here. Eventually its going to push people to either quit or seek the patch as an alternative. At $4.10 a pack its getting a little pricey these days to kill yourself. The PE and yield are attractive. If they hit their 03 estimates of 5.40 thats about a 12% growth rate. 12 x 5.40 = 64.80 and a 5% yield for parking there.
