It was accurate (imo) to call him a bully, but it won't accomplish anything, and was probably stooping down to his level- even if only for that post. However, he IS, and can be demonstrated to be a bully, and has been one in the past- he even admits he is, but seems to be saying people (like BIA, and no doubt TP as well) make him do what he does. He doesn't have any control, you see? It is their fault. I think criminals give exactly the same spiel at the county jail. I don't have posts that show him to be a fascist, though. If I knew of such posts, I would agree with you. I don't really have any stake in the issue- I'm just trying to call them as i see them.

Considering the sound and fury amongst our conservative bretheren about responsibility, you'd think they'd stand up to the plate and own up to their bullying with pride. or something.

I'm not sure saying someone is a fascist is necessarily "name-calling". What if it is true? Isn't truth an absolute defense against libel?

I mean, all that amounts to is that someone believes the notions and values of the group outweigh those held by an individual outside that group. That certainly seems apropos at times around here. "Butthead" would be name calling, unless that is the person's anatomical configuration, right?

I'm still seeking a definition of "demolib". It would seem to apply to people promoting democracy liberally, but is served up as an apparent insult. Seems similar to the mentally challenged calling a smart person "Brainiac". Recognition of a greater intellect, but in a disparaging manner.
