The CNBC bozos start saying wow! that is bullish, buying into bad news, and the cliche lovers start buying into the "buying the bad news". And presto pop-o the rug is pulled once enough fish are hooked.
It is like once the smart-money see CNBC pick up on something, ahha! we got another suckers trap, thank you CNBC, because we can change the rules whenever we want. GD.
