Tim, environmentalists would rather solve the traffic problem by mass transit, carpooling, and biking. Then they'll support laws that encourage, or even force, those solutions upon the rest of us.

Tenchusatsu, oh you poor guy. Are there lots of bad people on Portland's buses, or are its trains too smelly for you?
