The question I have is what will it take for China Mobile to declare WCDMA a failure?
Is not Foma already a failure? What more do they need to see?
Is not H&W's WCDMA "Trial Launch" already a failure? What are they waiting to see there?

What if JPhone's WCDMA launch is scuccesful due to Q's superior asics being inside their handsets?

Now that I've finally heard a carrier talking some sense, that they will consider an alternate technology if they deem WCDMA a failure, I'm now routing for WCDMA's demise.
Whereas previously I have been hoping for WCDMA success.
Mobile's defection would be giant boost to Q and a well deserved and long overdue slap in the face to NOK.

If Mobile defects who will be next?
What would AWE and it's shareholders/creditors be thinking and feeling like then, especially if they are made to come clean on what it will really cost them to get to 3G.
