I, too, have wondered about Cramer's incessant harping on AMAT. There are hundreds of other companies whose financial well-being, share price, fundamentals, T/A, product lines, historic trends, strength or weakness of management, capitalization or choice of pet ownership deserve more of his attention than AMAT.

I know many of us feel that when the turn comes (and it will, of course, come unless the Earth stops spinning) AMAT will be one of the leaders and will turn our handsome profits with excellent margins. At this moment is time, things are tough all over, AMAT included. Still....what a well-run, well-positioned company.

Why Jimbo has decided to make AMAT his punching bag is beyond me. Of course, his influence is less than nothing, so the most fun we will have will be dredging up some of his quotes a year or two from now and posting them for a chuckle.

No more agenda than the other hundreds of Financial Terrorists that get paraded around by the media rags and the CNBS whores on a daily basis.

Financial Terrorists. Every one of them. I wish we would declare war on them.
