Nadine, with prices where they currently are, the difficulty is to keep them there. Gravity is going to take them back down towards $10 a barrel. The marginal cost of a barrel of oil is under $5 where it's cheap.

Any increases from here would be very short spikes [like a few months] due to temporary supply glitches and panics [hoarding].
