"I don't think we go to Iraq unless we get some provocation either." We're working on it. Heard on the news last night that we've started to board "suspicious" vessels in other countries territorial waters. The article didn't mention a word that we had permission from those countries either. I got the impression we didn't else it wouldn't really be news.
