cfoe - See MLs analyst on part of the Semi industry...." in estimate reductions with potentially declining revenue and earnings over the next several quarters, although it is difficult to judge extent at this point," wrote analyst Michael Ramirez."

We're now getting multiple qtr estimate reductions. This hasn't been the case for the last two years. I weonder when analsyts last forecast multiple qtr reductions. In economic terms if this is repeated in other sectors we are staring into the abyss.

As for wise geriatrics on the Fed they must be bordering on clincally insane if they think that the economy has stabilized.

No matter how good q performs or how good its balance sheet is or hows good its propsect are that keep increasing will make no differnce in this climate. Anything, just anything remotely negative from anywhere on the planet to do with mobile phones will knock the stock price. We'll be luck to stay in the mid to upper $20s, miracle level lucky imho.

Look at the rush for the exit late this afternoon. no-one wants to be in during September.

Best,

L

Hey, limtex, maybe Irwin's trip to NOK-land was to ink an ASIC deal. In our dreams?

Not so far-fetched. Looks like Sonera's delay is due to problems with the Nokia handsets. If your speculation is correct, I hope Irwin is driving a really hard bargain.
