I have heard very knowledgeable people say that he is pursuing a nuclear capability, as well as continuing research into biological warfare, and that he has ambitions for, at least, regional hegemony. Henry Kissinger, for example. I guess we could play "battling experts", but I doubt it would resolve anything between us.......
