So, to set the record straight, we're agreed that I never threatened to sue you. At most, you felt that based on the history of one instance in which I had not sued but discussed suing another party, you were worried that I might be thinking of suing you. That's quite a different thing from what you said. Glad to have that clarified. BTW, you shouldn't have worried -- I never did have any basis in law to sue you. The issue was an ethical one, not a legal one. So if you really did worry about it -- and frankly I can't believe you did -- you wasted your worry. But for the record, if you truly did feel threatened with legal action as a result of the discussion, and it distressed you, I apologize.
