Have you had to pay a lawyer lately JCD??? Thankfully not. I always had it in the back of my mind that you would offer to do it as freebie, JLA -- for the sake of our solidarity <ggg>. But now that my daughter is a lawyer, I'm counting on sponging off her, or at least getting a big discount. (She already lives in a pretty big house). All seriousness aside -- it continues to be my belief that SI doesn't have its heart into trying to mediate squabbles among members when there is no clear violation of TOU.
