Erin Ventures has entered into agreements to settle $947,650 of debt by the
issuance of a total of four million units at a deemed price of 23.7 cents
per unit. Each unit is to consist of one common share of the corporation
and one-half of a share purchase warrant. Each full share purchase warrant
will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price
of 50 cents per share, exercisable within one year.

Mr. Blake Fallis reports

PROPOSED NEW PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Erin Ventures proposes to carry out a private placement of up to 600,000
units at a price of 25 cents per unit, each unit to consist of one common
share and one share purchase warrant with an exercise price of 35 cents per
share and an expiry date of Sept. 25, 2003. The corporation may pay
finders' fees of up to 7.5 per cent of the gross proceeds with respect to
this private placement. The proceeds of this proposed private placement
will be used to provide Erin Ventures with working capital and to pay
existing liabilities.

ok... what is going on with ev? i own and am liking this movement... but did something get signed off this week? it's jumping about all of the sudden.
