I do. First of all, do not expect profitability next quarter - it is still several quarters away. Second, Blockbuster has announced their DVD rental plan - it is strictly store based (no mail), therefore it is not directly competitive. They are attacking different segments of the same rapidly growing market - plenty of room for both.

Regarding Blockbuster and other movie rental store fronts, why would they want to cannibalize their business model and attack Netflix?

I haven't bought Netflix, though, but am watching quite closely.
