Well, luckily Shannon never became a journalist, never had to. However, need to read all of it.. Ilmarinen btw, on the topic of Shannon, I am really disappointed at Clarke Hare, not understanding that using antenna arrays, pissing more focused in a certain direction, changes the Shannon channel of excited flow, especially in that direction, as well as others, in contrast to somehow getting closer to the glory of getting closer to Shannon.. Btw, the best thing with Shannon was how he stopped all snake-oil salesmen dead in their coding explanations, showed that anyone on the wrong side of this line has made, voluntarily or not, some really stupid mistakes. More difficult for dynamic, changing, especially mobile channels. Btw,btw, even the R&D lab of Sonera, long time ago, had something hanging on their lab wall, some measurements proving something 3dB better than Shannon, until they found the little mistake of 6dB (did not see it, but heard about it, urban shannon legends).

Ilmarinen Anyway, in just some years UK has managed to overcome their difficulties in entering the 1900s, to become members of the yurro, with some specially ordered exemptions, bless them. Me thinks the welsh and scottish 78 year old would start using more focused antenna arrays down the trees if that would become reality, bless BLondon City and the Murdoch fox hunting and all those strange neoceltic rites. At least they have learned to live their marcaroni reality through a lot of humor, what else would there be.
