I think the difference is that we both, for I thnk very different reasons, chose to abandon personas that had outgrown whatever usefulness they might have had for us and morph to new personas which, I think, are closer to our actual personalities. .

Others haven't been able to do that, and I think resent those who have been. It does amuse me how people here continue to live in the past and to hold on to past grudges as tightly as a miser holds on to his last coin.

Yep. That's it exactly.

But even when there were functioning TOU I didn't ask for any rights based on them. Unlike you, I reported no one to SI Admin. I took my lumps and defended myself, by myself.

And yes, we are very different people, and don't seem to understand each other very well.
