I think adults have a right to do all sorts of things to themselves. I do not like to see children hurt because their parents need to "learn" to be responsible. Not all people are responsible, nor will some people ever be responsible. Whatever "ism" wants to protect children, I am for that one. Adults should be able to hurt themselves within bounds of reason. Where they cost society too much in hurting themselves, or where they hurt others, in hurting themselves, the government can step in- that is just my opinion.
