Gadhafi sounds like he's trying to turn Saddam's loss into his gain. Smart move on his part, imo.

Gadhafi Says Libya Will No Longer Be a Rogue State. I guess he has entered a "Twelve Step" program for Terrorists. 1. He has admitted he is powerless over terrorism - that his life had become unmanageable. 2. Came to believe that a Power greater than himself could restore him to sanity. 3. Made a decision to turn his will and his life over to the care of Allah as he understands Him. 4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of himself. 5. Admitted to Allah, to himself and to Bush the exact nature of his wrongs. 6. Is entirely ready to have Allah remove all these defects of character. 7. Humbly asked Allah to remove his shortcomings. 8. Made a list of all persons he has harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all. Has set aside the entire treasury of Libya for this purpose. 9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. 10. Continued to take personal inventory and when he was wrong promptly admitted it. 11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve his conscious contact with Allah as he understands Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for him and the power to carry that out. 12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, he will try to carry this message to terrorists and to practice these principles in all his affairs.
