Yep I saw that on Friday. We'll see over the next several months whether the market is right or not. I think that "real economic factors" line has been unduly influenced by housing and other things that have topped out and are going to continue moving down over the next 6 months. If that combines with further market weakness then the WLI is going to go down further. In other news the Coppock Indicators are waffling around. Nikkei still on a buy signal, Nasdaq has now turned back up slightly after being down for several months, and DJIA/SPX are still going down.
