Glenn is a good reporter -- I used to know him in the old days when he was in Japan working for one of the brokerage firms -- he knows that bubble all too well. I am visiting in Florida right now and talking to people about real estate prices -- they are definitely jumping. I don't know what it means, if anything. But there is definitely something going on in real estate in this neck of the woods.
