As I read this, you now admit that Bush has the legal grounds to invade. You just don't think he has enough political support. I think we are making progress with you.

So, now you are making up positions for me. I gather you've run out of reasons to attack my real positions. Restated. The Bush lawyers have to find grounds on which to argue Saddam was "harboring" Al Q or is such before they can get close to a legal argument that makes their case.

Now carranza, who decided he best not argue that position, decided he would back away from it.

Bush faces constitutional and political problems if he goes forward on Iraq without congressional consent.
