It is easy to delude ourselves and call it envy but it would be very prudent to try and analyze everything from all sides.
Why would the Kuwaiti's envy us....they can be like us if they want to.....they have plenty of money and can do most anything they like except defend themselves against larger nations. But I'm sure that's not what you mean by envy...

Absolutely not the case. The rest of the world is notoriously poorly-organized. That's ALWAYS been their problem. We've spent 230 years proving it to them.

The American left would love to disorganize us along the same lines. We need to stop them...
