If not for immigration, the US would have negative population growth. Regardless of immigration though, the dominance of English in this country is vital. If English falls in decline among Americans it will be the beginning of the end.

That's just another demolib ploy to interfere with the legal rights of others engaged in lawful activity. I would happen soon enough if we cut off immigration. That sounds fine at first, but why should we deny ourselves the best and brightest of the world? Let's just set minimum standards and keep to them.

There has been a big ad in the Audobon about getting the US back to 180 million.
