Hi Bob, It looks like DUV lithography has one more level, 157nm. I think that AMAT and the other front end companies will be scrambling to work with and possibly participate in next generation lithography (NGL). When I worked for CMOS, the big concern was "cost of test". Test has not kept up with the economies generated by Moore's Law at the front end. I could see AMAT getting involved with lowering the "cost of test", but I don't think test handlers will be integral to that process.
