"to pick [at old paper trails, one will get] a peck" NOT,
but enough "garbage" to cover in "dirt" from toe2head
those thinking "No one will see, if they don't look."
(also)
On a sweet note.
Just saw on t.v. a brand new Afiac ad with the duck,
and its a good one. This duck just keeps on agoing
like that pink enerizer bunny :o)

Mr. Albert Gerry of Zappa reports
Zappa Resources has signed the letter of intent with Bell Resources to earn
50 per cent of the Bryan Lake copper gold property located 30 kilometres
east of the city of Flin Flon in west-central Manitoba. The Bryan Lake
property consists of eight mineral claims, covering 882 hectares. Several
alteration zones and mineral showings with copper zinc mineralization exist
on the property. A number of conductors have been located in previous
exploration and have not been drilled. The Flin Flon area contains good
infrastructure and favourable geological settings to explore for additional
massive sulphide discoveries. Mines in the area have produced to date over
two million tons of copper, four million tons of zinc and over four million
ounces of gold.
A significant copper zone was discovered on the Bell Resources' Clever Lake
property trending in a northerly direction toward the Bryan Lake property,
250 metres to the north. Zappa's site visit included an inspection of the
Bell copper showing where five mineralized rocks were selectively taken
from the discovered sulphide outcrops. The outcrop may indicate a feeder
system for massive sulphide targets in the area. The five outcrop rock
samples were fire-assayed at Acme Analytical Laboratories Ltd. of
Vancouver, B.C., and ran 5.6 per cent, 6.0 per cent, 3.7 per cent, 4.6 per
cent, 4.0 per cent copper and 0.46 grams per ton gold, 0.77 g/t gold, 0.82
g/t gold, 0.50 g/t gold, 1.38 g/t gold. The option agreement for the
adjoining Bryan Lake property requires Zappa to pay approximately $52,500
in property payments and 200,000 shares of Zappa's common stock along with
a minimum exploration program of $150,000 over a four-year period to earn
50 per cent of the mining claims. Zappa Resources has also contributed
$50,000 to a private placement in Bell Resources for 500,000 units
consisting of one share at 10 cents and a half warrant to be exercised at
20 cents per share.
The above agreement is subject to Bell Resources and 4058667 Manitoba Ltd.
option agreement wherein Bell has been granted the exclusive option to
acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the property by making certain payments
and carrying out property expenditures. The above agreements are also
subject to regulatory approval where required.

"forward-looking" statements.
