That "pump" is not showing up in the adjusted monetary base...yet. If it's for real, it will show up on the next release. If it doesn't show up, than it would be right to ignore it.

The next a.b. figure release will be Thursday after the market closes.

Remember the fed pump? Look:

It didn't show up in the monetary base. This means it was put in and taken out already, so it wasn't left in for 9/11 purposes. I have no additional thought on it. This is why I have always only used the base figure, which has tended to correlate better with the stock market, ie, when the base gets pumped, the market does tend to rise and vice versa.

Also, I really think that whatever high we make now on this drive will be exceeded after 9/11, OR will be at 1335 or better. I plan on piling into shorts again, but not until I think we have dealt fully with qqq max pain.
