For consistency sake, should others go to a place they have never been either, establishing a "state" and calling it theirs based on unproved Bible stories? Being as how most of my ancestors did something like this only without any bible stories, I wouldn't condemn them. I guard if from humanity.. Why guard it from people? People owned it before the government stole it from them and gave it to others from whom you acquired it. Whether you use "your" property as a park is irrelevant.
