its odd that the sox is 100pt off his 98 lows and yet many big stocks in the index are already there. Intc for example. I wonder what is holding the index up.

William Sept and Oct usually tough months I have notice some tech stock rallies in face of bad news which is good for a change.

I Don't think we have seen last leg down yet!
