WF,

Yes, I have had a core position in ADM for a long time and traded the other 2 thirds position when it gets cheap and sell when it gets high. Heck, the last cycle was 2 years but close to a double from $8 to $15. These boys are shareholder friendly since the families still get their income and wealth from the stock. They ship free shares as dividends and that works well for long term capital gains. The CFO gets in there and buys shares for dividends when it is cheap. They also get in trouble with the law every once in a while. <g>

My father was doing business with the boys that started ADM back in the 40's. <g> They were in the grain business here in Minneapolis.

I am also looking for some stocks that are in basic stuff that comes from the earth. Bought some AAUK and am getting close to a 2nd third position in that one. I am looking at WMC and RTP. Mark noted today that WMC may be spinning off some assets so will have to contact the company and see what they are doing. SASOY is a interesting company, been waiting for a sell off there but I think Mark Mobus (sp) has a standing buy order on that one. I like foreign companies these days with the US dollar in never never land.

If anyone knows anything about RTP I am interested.

Am still waiting for sell off's in IMPAY and AAPTY - hope I live long enough for that to happen!!!!!
