must've been close between getting the dividend & selling the stock prior to drop.

but I can't exactly put the dates together as your said your were out shortly after June 1 but missed no dividends,
As a result of the outstanding financial performance achieved during the past six months, "a dividend of 22.0 cents per share has been declared payable to all shareholders of record as of Friday, 23 August 2002."
