Bill -- did you read the article? It is from September 1. It describes how Blair is trying to change the Bush position on invading Iraq. It is about how Blair is falling in line with the rest of Europe and calling for arms-inspectors instead of invasion. It is about how Blair is insisting that Bush go through the UN Security Council. There is NO MOVEMENT in the direction of the Bush position and plenty of effort going into redirecting the Bush policy. We are not gaining support for our position -- we are coming under increasing pressure to give up our position and go along with the rest of the world -- because CLEARLY, the rest of the world is not coming along with us.
