Wasn't it Madeline Albright who asked "what's the use in having all this power if we don't use it?" Or maybe it was somebody else.

I don't quite subscribe to that philosophy. But I do think that there are national cancers as well as physical cancers, and that sometimes the best cure for a cancer is a quick eradication.

The problem is to know when you have a potentially lethal cancer and when you only have a transient ache or pain.
