Not sure it is ready to move either way yet.
Max Pain is 17.5 so no huge move from where we are.

More calls than puts and 20+ seem extremely unlikely.
Lots of puts at 15 that I bet goe up in smoke.

Why not more Scenario III?
Short term Option players on both sides lose. unless they take quick profits?

Re INTC, this is a crucial area on the long-term charts, the 1997-98 shelf. I don't think it will fall easily. It is all the chart has left before $10.
