Whoa! Was that not public?

You are right! If a certain relationship was secret, as that of X's and cosmic's was, that sure was a large breach.

I have the impression that for a while they shared an account, and then they got separate accounts, and that this was in no way private information.

I have not been taken to task for this, if it is indeed private information, but the man involved would surely have a right to report me for a TOU violation. In fact, I'll report myself. I'll be, in fact, the first person I've ever turned in for a TOU violation.

Involved party, please let me know, please.

Thanks, Tom, for mentioning this.

Before I saw your post, I replied to E on that matter just a moment ago.

You may be perfectly correct in your thoughts about the consequences of such behavior.

Rather than using any official remedies, I think I will just borrow a well-known quotation from Joseph Welch (from the Army-McCarthy hearings):

Have you, Madame, at long last, no sense of decency?

Please pass that along to E if you happen to bump into her.
