I'm just looking at all of the very significant downgrades last week and today, and it seems to me like the big boys may be getting ready to get busy on the downside.

I'm being careful and watching for the PPT to enter
But part of me says they too are saving their ammo.
They would like to see a fed rate cut
SO if they prop up the markets it might send the wrong signal to the Fed.
