<<...How'd that exercise with the map go?...>>
RR: It's going great...still have some more fine-tuning to do though...=)

What sort of exercise are you doing with a map?

Bike riding?

Or is it one of those new fad type of exercises like Ty-Bo
or step or spin class?

Pilates? Yoga? Aerobics?

Does it include opening and folding up a map as fast as you can?

Somewhat aerobic, I guess. An upper body exercise.

Unless you run with the map opened behind you using it as a parachute to provide resistance.

...hmmm... and just think... you will never get yourself lost.

You always seem to be on the cutting edge, Scott.

Let us know how you do.

<Clappy puts on his running shoes and digs through his glove compartment in his car to find a map that he can exercise with.>

I can't wait to show my friends how hip I am.

Well, Scott, sounds like you're going to have an action-filled week with the wedding festivities! Super!

Good luck with that "fine tuning" on the road map, by the way. Keep it general enough to afford yourself flexibility in the execution. You have to change your plays sometimes to get to the goal line.
