I found it interesting to see how he worked. The main things located on a nice wood desk were a copy of Barrons opened to the mutual fund price pages and a small calculator. On the side, he also had a copy of the Financial Times and the New York Times. Of course, he had the microphone and Sony headphones. There was a laptop that listed the upcoming calls. There was a computer on the side desk but it was in an odd position, perhaps being moved slightly to highlite a wall with the CNBC logo. There was a short clip of Las Vegas shown during the Las Vegas Real Estate call so perhaps it was filmed in that area.

I thought the selection of calls was quite good. He started out with a call that let him describe his take on the market and talk about secular and cyclical bulls.

The graphics quality was good, though the person doing the captions needs to learn how to spell 'Petaluma.'
