No it hasn't. I live in one of the 5 worst traffic areas in the country but still traveling by car gives me a lot more flexibility and is usually faster then public transportation.


Tim, I said fixed rail, not public transportation. In some cities during rush hour, fixed railed transit moves faster than cars. You can't use fixed rail conveniently because the beltway has changed commuting patterns in DC.........another fukk up in our urbanization efforts.
