Kemble: Sorry, I gave incorrect info. It is FMR corp. and the position they took is 128M shares. I don't have an expansion for the abbreviation FMR. The info came from nasdaq site.

Mepci,
Hi!!
RE: Kemble: I think it is Fidelity. Nas showed as FDR. I think it is one of Fidelity's funds. They bought 280M shares in June and became the biggest institutional traders holding Dell.

Have two nephews(Wharton)that currently are on Wall St...According to both:There is scrambling going on where a number of funds are ready and yet contemplating new decisions...Yeah, it happens everyday/second...Short here: It's interesting to see their eyes when I mention some of the new areas that DELL is moving into...The corporate world knows who's low cost...This economic dive has certainly driven this point home...Will be interesting to see if the words of some of the IT men at these large corporations stay true...Now that DELL has the means to offer soup to nuts...Should be very interesting when the spending begins...Now we can only wait to see how many fund managers understand that DELL has conquered wherever they've gone...Yeah, there will always be those that doubt...You obviously know where I place my trust...

Best, Kemble
