Now, Bill, don't you know that the proper diplomatic course for Bush to take, if he weren't such an incompetent, foreign affairs know-nothing, would be to say "OK, Saddam, you better play nice or we're gonna ask the UN Security Council if it's hunky-dory with them for us to kick dirt on your shoes." Whine softly, but carry a big pacifier. ;-)
