Your post is disingenuous. Clinton just couldn't see the idea of America defending itself. After all, he was a traitor at a young age. He was perfectly happy to leave the terrorist enemy in a position to attack. He is, after all, on their side...

Hardly weak. Given the number of terrorist incidents during the Clinton years and the fact that the Bush team was conducting a policy review of this very matter during its first fewq months in office ...its not an unfair comparison at all...
