I see the date on your calendar entry in reference to Elgindy is 6/18/02. Is this arrangement still current? They may have made changes subsequent to 6/18/02. The information you cite certainly doesn't seem room for Elgindy to post here.

Personally, I'd like to see him post and hear his side of the story.

One interesting item not listed. It doesn't seem to ban him from trading stocks. He'll just have to do it over the phone.
