All I've heard him say a few weeks past is that we're in a long secular bear market and will experience some cyclical bull rallies of "unknown" duration. He's said that this bull rally could come at the end of this year or maybe next year? How long it would last is just a guess. This response has been in answer to questions from radio callers (who are out mostly) wondering if it's time to get back in. Right now with world events being what they are, I'm not optimistic because I've got that been there before feeling.

Can't do the limbo rock any more either. You may not know what I'm speaking of but it's when the bar gets lower and lower as one tries to maintain his balance. But I can change my mind awfully fast when things turn around. But I'll say this: it's great for the "kids" who are refinancing their homes - maybe under 6% soon.

I sense you see bottom. Good! When the P.E. of the indexes gets really down there maybe IMO. Keep your powder dry.
