I don't think you read the first set of information. salon.com sfgate.com commondreams.org It's pretty clear, the California energy crisis was really an extortion scheme cooked up by Bush pals like Ken Lay of Enron and the El Paso Corp and Dynergy. Cheney lead the initiative to ensure that the government or legal processes would not stop the scheme, Cheney was basicly the corrupt representative of law enforcment in the energy circle, bought and paid for by the perpetrators. Junior was mostly trying to avoid pretzels and planning his next vacation. TP
