It's nothing but an external interface between the two products. There's nothing in the PDA product that has anything to do with FSTW's eCRM product, and nothing in the eCRM product that has anything to do with order entry. I suspect that the main feature here is that the customer contact information is kept in synch between the two products. Whoop-de-do. TED

I see you added the following comment after I responded: "The PR was likely more of a favor to the startup ... than fluff for FSTW" Possibly. However, I suspect that FSTW's marketing folks, and especially the IR folks, wanted some "news" to add to their bulging portfolio of handouts. Regards, TED
