Nobody said anything about complaining about the functionality.

I just don't think it's anything to crow about.

It's nothing but an external interface between the two products. There's nothing in the PDA product that has anything to do with FSTW's eCRM product, and nothing in the eCRM product that has anything to do with order entry.

I suspect that the main feature here is that the customer contact information is kept in synch between the two products.

Possibly. However, I suspect that FSTW's marketing folks, and especially the IR folks, wanted some "news" to add to their bulging portfolio of handouts.

Every salesman that walks through my front door is carry some kind of handheld computer device. Batesville Casket Company, Sysco Foods, and the likes of UPS, and Fedx all may be potential customers of someone like FSTW!
