Ted,

For someone that has only a few shares of FSTW you sure are taking this seriously and personally! By the way who pissed in your Corn Flakes this morning?

Hank

Differentiation is the key. When that fails, the more robust offerings will win out.

Not if "robust" equates to "expensive and difficult to implement". Besides, it seems to me that this add-on qualifies as an effort to differentiate and offer more robust products.

Geez, you're getting to be such a whiner. ;-)

PS: Why would you think this only allows them to "synch contact data"? If it allows salespeople to take and place orders, it would have to synch with a whole lot more than contact data.

PPS: No one is claiming this is a "big deal". And if there was any IR purpose behind it, it was 1stOrder's IR purposes. If FSTW wanted to put out "IR fluff", I'm pretty sure they could find something fluffier to talk about.
