Since they have accumulated excessively more cash than needed for normal smooth operations.

Speaking of which. I 'm going to do a little research later. To see if these 3 POS companies MSFT, INTC, and HD have more net cash combined than the other 27 stocks in the DOW. Any guesses?

I honestly do not know how these boards can rationalize giving loans from shareholders pockets.

Because they are CEO's of companies also The person probably sits on their board. You scratch my back, I'll give a 20 million dollar home.
