Depends on your perspective. I consider a PDA a tool to make existing data more accessible.

The data is NOT in FSTW's current web-based offering, so the added capability doesn't do much for eCRM customers.

Now, if FSTW were to add that capability to their web-based offering, THEN it might be worth something.

Gee ... expanded functionality beyond eCRM. What a concept !!

On the other hand ... added functionality would increase the complexity of the system, thus giving up some of the "advantage" FSTW supposedly has over more robust systems, like market leader Siebel.

If it looks like a rose, smells like a rose, and has thorns like a rose ... it's probably a CRM package.
